The Vicopisano Plant

Uliveto’s bottling plant was built in 1987 to cover a total floor area of 8,000 square metres. At this stage the first PET bottling line for 1.5 litre bottles was installed.
In 1992 the factory was extended to cover 18,000 square metres.
Two new bottle blowing lines were installed in 1996, plus a new bottling line for 1.5 litre PET, with a speed capacity of 36,000 bottles per hour. A third bottling line with a capacity of 36,000 bottles per hour was added in 1998. In 2002 the warehouse space was extended to cover a total area of around 30,000 square metres.


The Gualdo Tadino Plant

The Rocchetta factory was built in 1995, initially covering 10,000 square metres. The first bottle blowing line and first bottling line – 36,000 bottles per hour – were then commissioned.
In 1996 a second production line was installed and later that year the first extension took place to take the total space up to 15,000 square metres.
The third PET line was added and the factory was extended in 1998 to cover a total area of 28,000 square metres. A fourth PET line was installed as well as an aseptic preparation and bottling line for the Elisir di Rocchetta drinks.
